5yAs a private, family-owned company, True cares very much about our employees and providing a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all is our top priority. No response to any review is “canned.” We have a deep commitment to ensuring every one of our employees feels safe and works in an environment free from harassment of any sort. We take our responsibility to our employees seriously. We have a strongly enforced Anti-Harassment policy and multiple avenues for employees to report concerns, so one person is not in charge of receiving all complaints. We do this specifically to avoid any sort of situation as discussed in this review where an employee would feel uncomfortable talking to a single designated person. None of the issues in this review were ever brought to the attention of the HR department and to further clarify, none of the HR Managers were with True in the 1990’s and the department is led by a very diverse group of individuals who have come from other companies and provide a fresh perspective. Our employee experience is our number one priority. If the reviewer did not feel comfortable reaching out to a male human resource representative, the Office Manager and Human Resources Director (who are both female) would have been very eager to listen to and look into any concerns. Unfortunately, we were not given this opportunity. We highly encourage this reviewer to reach out to either of them and if she still does not feel comfortable, True’s Corporate Counsel will listen to each and every one of these concerns.
