Pros

This place is growing fast, TONS of wins on their rounds with the latest being 650mil!! Working with a real goal in mind, to keep our country safe! They hire some of the best in their field, as long as most personable people I have worked with in awhile. At about 100+ so far, they operate at a much higher and faster rate than the people they even have. The CEO is beyond cool to work with and for! We have some very new cool stuff to work with!

Cons

None at the moment going on! Very fast paced, so if that isnt for you then....

Pros

This company is filled with hard working, dedicated employees that care about their peers, the mission, and the work. Benefits are really great - the best I've come across in my experience. Salary and equity is competitive.

Cons

It's a start-up environment which requires more hours that usual but that's typical when building a company to success.

Pros

Talented people and smart engineers to learn from

Cons

Feedback goes into the void and the leadership is very defensive. Decisions are made based on the coolness of the marketing material without seeking input from the people who build the product. If you raise issues, you get sidelined. If you have kids don't work here. 60+ hours weeks are the standard and there is no plan to ever reduce the workload on the staff. It's a feature, not a bug. Every team is spread extremely thin and it's impossible to get work done at the office. Burnout is rampant, morale is non-existent and turnover is extremely high. Career progression is reserved for people that kiss up to the leadership team. The inner circle is full of people that aren't very competent, but tell leadership what they want to hear. Accountability is nowhere to be found. The company is overextended and there is more work than we can handle. The culture is to downplay the complexity of the engineering, sell out engineers when things don't go well and then spin the poor results into a flashy LinkedIn post.
