Pros
I really loved a lot of the people there, it did feel like family. You don’t get micromanaged for the most part, it’s a nice building, and they have company events and parties a few times a year. I still value the management in customer service, and people there. Customer service management does care about you personally.
Cons
The worst part is they are super stingy about raises. A few of us would do a few jobs at once, and train people and be there for over a year without getting a pay raise. I found a friend of mine that is a trainer made less money than the starting trainee’s. You start to loose motivation, and they loose value able employees so there is a high turnover rate. However, that is the owners, not the customer service management’s fault. The management does pick favorites and the environment can be unprofessional, especially the owner. Can also be cliquey.
