Don't even bother applying if you are hoping to get into a remote company. They are no longer going to be fully remote it'll be a hybrid. I feel like I was lied to.
Expect a wave of resignations as people seek out employers that actually support remote work. Many people will leave to find other fully remote jobs.
This shift was poorly thoughtout and did not have the employees in mind.
Corporations need to understand that working in person does not appeal to everyone. Honestly, it feels like the goal was to quietly push out long-time employees and bring in new hires who won’t question the changes.
