Pros

Work Life Balance above average pay rate good location and cheap city

Cons

• If you are lucky probably you will get a seat quickly else it will take long enough to get a dedicated seat. You got to manage somehow with empty seats and using someone else’s phone. • Company has a very bad policy for contractors – contractors are not allowed to get color print outs; they have to park their cars outside the building irrespective how bad weather is and etc. • They will give you responsibility and will never give you control on the work. Sometimes you might have to struggle to get access to tools you need in your day to day development work. • Client is too particular about what you do at your desk – there will be escalation if you take your lunch on your desk, if you involve in long discussion about work at your desk , if you open personal emails, google, CNN.com, Yahoo.com for news or if you are on your phone. • You will hardly receive any appreciation from the client. • Will commit you long term and might terminate your tenure in the same day you join. This happened with many of the contractors. • This is not even fortune 500 company and during interview they expect you to be genius but will give you crappy work most likely. • No scope for second chance. • Too money minded. Not enough IT supplies and you will have to pay for your coffee. No free coffees guys. The only client I have seen in my career.

Pros

Used to be a great company to work for until about a year ago.

Cons

I have worked for TruStage for over 10 years. They recently made the decision to outsource a large amount of employees to another company- Wipro. 120 people lost their jobs at Trustage and TruStage signed an non-compete between themselves and Wipro in which none of the 55 employees who got an employment offer with Wipro could be hired in any other role until September 2027. I lost my health care, my pension, and my job security and TruStage didn’t care at all. I would be wary of working for TruStage as I hear they want to expand to outsource more jobs to wipro/india. It’s a disgrace the way they handled the outsourcing of loyal, smart, successful employees.
