Pros
- Enjoyed communicating and learning Owner who is more on Sales. Hes knowledgeable listens. Should have been more involved on tech side, but he knows his stuff and I learned from him. He gives a lot of great value to this company.
- Enjoyed working with local staff who are all hard-working and spent a lot of extra hours doing their best....
- Enjoyed working with Professional Services Department. Super good guys and I learned a lot the few times that our tasks cross over.
- Enjoyed working with Ops Director. He's smart hard-working, and stands up for his team.
- Sales people seem good, new clients always coming in.
-Exposure to a bunch of different technologies, this is great especially as a first job.
-Great colleagues who cared.
- Flexible work from home policy for most staff.
- Good platform for career.
Cons
- Did not enjoy the arrogance and ignorance of certain individuals I won't go into details (there were a few bad apples in the past including)...
- Did not enjoy the arrogance of some of the remote-based employees. Huge egos mememe attitude. .
- Did not enjoy the period when insurance was cut off, some of the missed pay periods, lack of clear communications from owners to staff...
- Not enough people with experience in firewall rule creation, firewall migrations, Cisco ASAs, 5505s, etc., Barracuda, WatchGuard XTMs etc., PAs, etc.
- Kitchen not always fully equipped or well-cleaned, equipment sometimes missing to have a regular enjoyable lunch, this forced us to go out and eat more times than we would have liked as a team... the little things that matter.
