Pros

The days he isn't there are your most productive. But be careful - you may literally get screamed at for doing something he told you to do and vice versa. Bless their heart - is all you can say to people who are miserable enough to run a business this way.

Cons

- This isn't a proprietary model! The actual company this comes from is called HireVue - GREAT organization. TruHire is a ripoff of it. - Pay - Unstable environment - Threatening CEO - Unethical (lawsuits for not paying moneys owed to client, sketchy behavior, rude comments about women, too many personal stories about non-work related activities). - Very uncomfortable environment. - Not professional - Scam. - Tenure. There were NEVER employees who lasted longer than 6 months. And the office was empty most of the time.

Thank you taking the time to submit a review of our start-up and aggressively growing company. We will always value honest reviews and suggestions on how to improve. We do understand that we may not end up being a good fit for some, as well understand that sometimes a team member will prove not to be a good fit for us. It's a two way street. Like most business professionals, we don't place any value on anonymous posts, but we do feel the need to address some of the accusations on this particular review. TruHire uses the Hirevue system to help deliver candidates in a more efficient way than our competitors, that's our model. We have never claimed to have created or own the software, why should we? Hirevue is a fantastic company to work with and we're proud to announce we've just signed another five year deal that we're sure will prove to be as mutually beneficial as the previous two years. Their customer service and support channels have exceeded our expectations. "Lawsuits for not paying money to clients". Not aware that we have ever been sued by a client for not paying monies owed, we actually bill our clients for services, not sure why they would sue us. But to be clear, we have never been sued or threaten with any type of litigation from a vendor, employee, client, or any person or entity. The personal attacks are not worthy of a response. But granted, everyone is allowed an opinion. To date we have had over 3200 candidates sign up and complete the TruHire digital interview process and the number is growing everyday. Exciting times for our team. We wish this reviewer the best with any future employment opportunities, and I'm sure we are just as disappointed or more that it proved not be be a good fit. But we will keep trying and will remained focused on the days ahead.

Pros

Exciting projects, initiatives and things to work on that have or will have material impacts on people's livelihoods. Bold mission and vision that literally impact global economics around the world. True leadership at the top who live and breathe the culture, values, and mission of the company. No tolerance for BS and a focus on culture and building meaningful and lasting personal and professional relationships.

Cons

Probably growing too fast, customer retention has to be the focus.

Pros

First let me say that there appears to be a disgruntled former employee saturating these reviews. After working with and for the owner, I can vouch that he's a good guy who is willing to try new things, leans on his team, and isn't a helicopter owner. He trusts me to do what I do best. - Autonomy in project management, but collaboration in strategy development. - Great benefits - Cummins Station is a fantastic office with great culture, good food, and a nice view of Downtown Nashville - Room to learn, grow, tackle new projects, and see results.

Cons

- There is a lot of marketing and branding work to be done, so a tireless self-starter is needed.
