Pros

Cons
There has been so much change in CPSI over the last few years, and everyone had so much hope around what they were aiming for, particularly in the last 3-4. Unfortunately, poor management hires have made any progress towards a more people-first culture go up in flames. We are micro-managed to death. We can't get updates out the door because we are constantly being told to work on different things. There are no priorities and no roadmap for what our product will look like. Between layoffs and people leaving, there is a huge knowledge gap, but no one is being given the opportunity or the time to fill it. There are so many people who are really smart and care about the future who are being dismissed by managers with egos that are too big. It's just sad. We were all scared but really excited when new people came into the organization, and we kept hearing about the changes they were looking to make. But it seems like all of that continues to fail because there is no support for it from those in management, who openly talk about how wanting to do things differently isn't needed. I disagree. We disagree.
