Pros
Decent pay, good co-worker interaction. Good scheduling, opportunities for advancement.
Cons
Minimal training and ridiculous amount of abuse from district and regional project managers. Loved the work but management would communicate via mandatory groupme several times a day. A lot of unreasonable criticism with obscenities and threats with absolutely no notice of accomplishments. Never given proper solutions or guidance. Expected us to hit the ground running and do so with no in person support while having numbers rammed down our throats and reminded we were failing, as a group.
