Pros
There are individual contributors that’s shine but they are overshadowed by a fear mentality.
Cons
Leadership is largely homogeneous and disconnected from modern workplace realities. There is little diversity of background, perspective, or thought at the senior level, resulting in outdated decision-making and resistance to change. The absence of clear vision or strategic direction leads to excessive micromanagement, creating an environment where employees are set up to fail. When failures occur, accountability is handled publicly rather than constructively, which damages morale and trust. Career progression is extremely limited. Promotions are rare and, when they do occur, are perceived to be driven more by internal politics and favoritism than by performance or merit. This further discourages high performers and reinforces a culture where innovation, inclusion, and new ideas are actively suppressed.
