Pros
The coaching, mentorship and community are top notch. The team building and leadership has helped me build a promising business in less than a year. If you follow the system, stay coachable and teachable, there's no way you can lose.
Cons
It sounds cliche, but nothing really. You get out what you put in. This is not a clock in, clock out job. If you're able to get out of your comfort zone, communicate and put your best effort forward, you can't lose.
