Pros

companies domain is good, old management gives good increment but new one is doubt full. because of some good team mates only company is working.

Cons

1. biggest and worst pain in company is cast politics, inefficient people got promotions and handsome appraisal while hardworking and efficient people have to prove a lot. 2. More number of managers & Leaders then developers (70-30%) - ratio of managers & developers 3. New managements are continuously saying company is doing good but they can't prove. (appraisal is dull & no managerial changes ) 4. Lack of clarity for company's profile to employee that's why lot of good employee of company already left and trends is continue. 5. employee (developers & leads only not managers ) in pune are working as slave of US office. 6. Managers in company are true managers, they don't have much work. Hope new management should identify this managers and take some action. 7. Other competitors of company are targeting good employee to pick as well as they are targeting client also.

Pros

None left, work here only if you are desperate, have nowhere else to go, still working on your long term plan, or are stuck due legal reasons.

Cons

The company is in bad shape, their code is in shambles, no customer can run even a decently sized business without throwing tons of hardware on problems. they are on the verge of losing even the existing customers, their data center is a joke with most incompetent people, who have no technical background managing it. Their customer facing organization has no technical depth and no business acumen. Triple point can not even can not get good reference from existing customers. The management is desperate, but they do not have any skill set as they have inbred for a long time moreover earlier mostly promotions were based on favouritism by the owner and the founder, good technical guys are leaving in droves, very few knowledgeable people are left now. ION Should analyze how each employee has progressed in their career then they will find out who is real deal and who is POS.
