it was really fun and I really liked it never was really nice and it was really a great job and I made lots of money and I was super happy and then I decided that I didn’t wanna work anymore and I moved onto sitting on the sofa all day, but it was great

there were really no cons except like every other company they were managers and how managers are they’re like all managing and doing too much management in micromanaging and super managing and super micromanaging

The team is incredibly talented and professional. They all have the projects at heart. Also the life/work balance is pretty great

Management. They think they know everything (even in fields where they’re laughably incompetent) and are incredibly toxic and disrespectful of everyone’s intellect. They have amazing specialists and efficient workers, but absolutely no trust in them. To the point that they literally force their teams to do things that go against industry standards and make no sense. When everything inevitably collapses for the exact reasons the team pointed out through their expertise eons ago… they dismiss the complaints, shift the blame, push false narratives, and lie to paint themselves as victims of incompetent employees. The truth is: it’s the employees who are the victims of narcissistic management that refuses to see its own mistakes and therefore, never grows.
