Smaller company, less than 100 employees so it's easy to be recognized for good work and skills

You work from home and it's face paced. That can be difficult if you're used to working in an office environment at a slower pace.

Flexible hours, company benefits, and upper management will really work with you in regards to emergencies (having to leave early, etc.)

Pay could be better for lower management.
