Pros

No pros at all maybe they provide free lunch. Job location could be a pro.

Cons

Its a one man show. Hiring and firing policy is very bad infact No such policy exists, they remove employees from the whatsapp group and next day give them pink slip. People from IIT IIM were hired and fired within 2 months as after founders thought he should downsize employee strength fired more than 10 people right in front of my eyes. People are forced to work even on sundays oh I forgot to mention saturdays are working as well. No work life balance at all. Pay cuts is one really big issue and also salary is never given on time delay of 10-20 days is a very common scenario. Every month you will see people crying for their own salaries. They do not have a stable business model they keep changing from franchise to in house to franchise within a span 15 days extremely random and hence hiring-firing cycle continues. Few non deserving people are on top positions being the right and left hand of CEO and they are always busy saving their job and screwing you over. Most of the positive reviews on glassdoor are given by them only. There is no focus on technology or innovation. Its a sinking ship, dont believe me just talk to anybody in office connect via LinkedIn, you will know the reality you can also verify each and every point I have mentioned above.

Pros

None that stood out during my internship experience.

Cons

Lack of structured mentorship and guidance for interns. Poor project planning and management led to limited learning opportunities. Feedback and growth discussions were infrequent. Overall, the internship did not provide the learning experience I expected from a 6-month SDE internship.
