The TLs are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed.
Cons
Company is growing very fast, so there are things that are evolving that come along with any growing company. With this growth, there is an opportunity to improve and make it better. Company should still look into competitors in UK and review salaries.
