Depending on the employee type, not everyone likes and can handle workload and multitasking. If you are a typical 9-5 who works just to get a paycheck then look elsewhere.You gotta be pasionate and wanting to learn and grow!This is why i find myself a great fit.

Smaller-company feel, majority of people very nice to work with. People go out of their way to help you, train you, be there for you. Small enough to still get to know and care about each other and create personal bonds.

President is involved in day to day which was negative due frequent disagreement with senior managers where president used unprofessional discordant language / tone. Also got the sense that president wanted only YES people around him and made sure to get that by having half staff with work visas, putting those employees at a disadvantage from day 1.
