I’ve been with the company for almost 9 years, and I’m truly grateful for everything I’ve learned along the way. I’ve also had the chance to meet some amazing people who’ve made the experience even more meaningful. Over the last 3 years especially, I’ve seen such a positive change within the company. It really feels like employees are being valued and recognized more, and that makes a huge difference. Being the face of the company, it feels great to know our hard work is seen and appreciated.
