Pros
Lots of hours when there is lots of work. We worked 72-84 hours for months at a time.
Cons
Barely enough hours to live check to check when work is slow. Slow season we worked 32hrs a week. But when it’s busy you will work 7 days a week for months at a time with no days off. And if you take a day off you will be reprimanded even though you haven’t had a day off in a couple months. They couldn’t care less about employees. No family time whatsoever when it’s busy.
