      Pros

      Plenty of work through maintenance services even after new car building has slowed down. Corporate really does care about things going right but at the plant level it can get petty.

      Cons

      Plant management and their planning can demoralize an entire workforce by giving unclear directions and moving goals to a point where you can't meet anything.
