      Pros

      Competitive wages and decent benefits package if you choose options carefully. Opportunities are available to "learn as you go" in welding practice.

      Cons

      Initiative is not rewarded as supervisors tend to be in cliques and protect their own jobs resorting to unethical practices with documentation and employee interaction. Market forecast is still iffy through end of this year going into '17. Expect hours to fluctuate.
