      Got rid of local IT and replaced them with a third party group after mentioning many times our positions are safe. They used the “Medicaid cuts” as an excuse to stop hiring even though our department was short and overworked

      PTO & benefits are good, but not out of the ordinary for other hospitals

      Cons

      Had to practically beg for a raise, while knowing that I was making at least 10% less than nurses with similar experience in same job
