Pros
They train you, they take ANYONE regardless of experience. You are able to get certifications and learn through classes.
Cons
Awful patient to employee ratio; typically 1:13. Pay isn't what it should be, and very few nurses are actually good and helpful at their job. Also the communication is atrocious. The turn over rate reflects the structure.
