- good salary but not exceptional - great atmosphere - nice benefits - feeling like part of a family

- if you want something done you need to constantly remind about it (but usually minor things, like new kitchen equipment, etc) - no defined salary raise system, you have to ask about it every year, but seems like an omitted topic in the contract extensions - quite poor ergonomics in the office, there are no monitor holders to avoid neck pain from looking down
