Pros
Awesome coworkers, people hang out outside of work a lot. Coworkers are very supportive. Potential to make a lot of money (if you're good at selling to people in Walmart that don't want to talk to you). Potential to one day own your own branch of the parent company.
Cons
Long hours, 9:30am-11am are unpaid and you still have to be there. Travel from 11am-12pm to Walmart. Work in Walmart from 12pm-7pm trying to sign people up for energy supplier. Gas isn't reimbursed, you might have to travel up to an hour to Walmart locations. If you don't meet the required sales for the day or if you take off a day, you have to work on your days off (which are Tuesday and Wednesday) or stay later than 7pm to meet your goal. Look up reviews of parent company before jumping in to this job.
