Some nice people work there.

Senior management very poor attitude towards staff, bordering on being bullies, no support, no coaching, no leadership.

Thanks for your review. We’re sorry things didn't work out for you at Tribepad. It is inevitable that not everyone fits in a company or role, but we're always sad to see anyone leave in any circumstance. Our ethos has always been 'people first, product second and profit third'. So we put a lot of emphasis on team well-being. A testament to this is that we've had only two team members resign in the past 12 months, which is less than 5% attrition, with a similarly low number in previous years. Many of our team have taken advantage of the £1,000 per-year personal training budget, whilst others have been as far as Chicago for industry conferences. We're also proud to be one of the few employers to have recently paid their team a bonus as a thank you for their support and professionalism during the Covid crisis. We’d be happy to discuss this further? Either way we wish you all the best with whatever you do next. Dean, Dan & Neil.
