Pros

flexible schedule, nice coworkers, supportive board, professional development opportunities

Cons

Leadership has enough DEI training to be dangerous- they know the lingo but are unwilling to examine their own biases or take criticism. Leadership has major founder's syndrome and is deeply affected by past scarcity. Turnover is high and leadership feigns ignorance. The ED seems to think that the field/lower management positions that keep operations running aren't essential and that keeping those positions funded is a gift to staff. "Open door policy" but nobody listens. Unwilling to invest in the tools needed to get the job done.
