      Pros

      Nothing really, just do as your expected.

      Cons

      Training was a nightmare, i did not get the training I deserved, felt like I was set up to fail. I was told something was going to happen & when push came to shove they didn’t hold to their word. Work/ life balance is not true. They will encourage you to resign from your position rather than try and help you fix the problem.

      Pros

      Had to leave for personal reasons, hopefully can return. Great communication from the top down, community feeling, they take having a healthy welcoming culture very seriously.
