Not a good workplace - Accountant Triangle Accounting Employee Review

Warm and supportive working atmosphere, supervisors are always ready to guide daily work. I can learn professional marketing knowledge and real business operation skills from experienced colleagues, with complete on-the-job training for new interns.

It would be better if interns could get more chances to take charge of small tasks independently to improve practical ability further.

As an intern, my experience at TA has been really great. The team has a friendly, supportive and collaborative working environment. Whenever I had questions, both my supervisor and coworkers were always willing to help and share valuable guidance. During my internship, I have had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and apply what I learned in school to real projects, like bookkeeping, processing payrolls, preparing tax returns... Overall, this has been a rewarding and valuable experience for my personal and professional growth.

Some tasks may be simple and repetitive at times, but I'm totally fine with that. I see them as an opportunity to build a strong foundation and improve my attention to detail.
