Trial Runners Response
3yListen to the 1 star reviews. Thank you for the good advice, I do treasure all feedback and especially when someone takes extra time to put into this review when they normally don't like you mentioned. I appreciate that. I think where things spin a little out of control on your review is the announcement of a future that is going down like a ship. It never did. I realize that when things are dismal there is comfort to jump ship knowing its going done and I don't blame you for doing that. But as you ran for the hills for something else, those that remained and carried on grew where they were planted including me. Life isn't fair, but there was a lot more going on then one executive an ruin. I am sorry but everyone has choices on how to behave, despite numerous 1 star ratings I have received on behalf of the company I started and as me as the CEO, I don't feel like you or anyone else is ruining anything. Thats my choice; so there is one difficult person you worked with, there will always be one difficult person you work with haha. My understanding of humanity has grown since this post, towards myself, towards my team, towards my client, towards sites and towards patients. There is power in coming together when times are tough not falling a part and abandoning those that need support most because they are imperfect. I didn't really learn this valuable lesson from posts like this or actually professional experiences I learned it from being a foster parent. Don't judge the person by the struggle because we all have them. I hope you have had rewarding experiences since this post that have painted your life as brilliantly as mine, we would love to have you come back. 2023 is an incredible TR year - we are in our hey day!
