Pros
The company is properly and astutely lead by experienced management who know how to do the job, do it well, and broadcasts clearly what is expected of the employee with ample support when needed. A very fun place to work. The clientele are also great.
Cons
None, other than the work can get stressful with multiple priorities and projects happening at once. No job is the same. Work wasn't consistent, but that is the nature of the independent IT services provider industry.
