Pros

Absolutely none. You work many hours for free. They force you to drive hours away from your home then get upset when you can only complete a couple jobs. Worked upwards of 70 to 80 hours a week with 0 overtime

Cons

There are way to many cons to mention. Lots of work for free, push you to jobs you are not qualified to do, threats when you refuse those jobs, employees who are hurt on the job are ridiculed. This company is a joke. The 2.2 rating. I wish I would of seen it before taking the job. Stay away!

Pros

Honestly couldn't ask for a better group of people to spend the majority of my time with. The casual environment and president's open door policy make this a place I would turn down more money for. They believe in working with people to make them better rather than just cutting them loose. The pto is a lot more fair than other places I've worked

Cons

Tech hours can be inconsistent.

We agree that all training should be standardized, and this is one of our top priorities at the moment.
