Pros
Work load is pretty light for the most part. Not a lot of pressure to get projects finished. Coworkers can be amicable and friendly. Great place if you're introverted. The 4-5 managers there are excellent and know what they're doing.
Cons
Boring and almost lack of work culture. People go in, get their work done, and leave. Company get-togethers do take place but are rare and finish up pretty quickly. While there my projects were stalled and then stalled some more due to manufacturing and lack of interest from upper management. There was plenty to do however, I was forced to stay within my department when I could have been working on other projects.
