Pros
working for tri-anim has been an almost like 'family experience', until the recent sale of the company to an investment group. the current coo and president (bob byers,jr. and former partners) have built this corp. to be extremely caring and concerned for all employees. but the question is going to be will it continue with new management creating a more aggressive business model. the next 3-5 years will bring many changes with the goal to go public with $500m in gross sales.

there are going to many changes(growing pains) with the departure of bob byers,jr. as is somewhat common inexpanding corp. there are demands put upon the employees that will be stressful. out of the three sales divisions(respiratory/anesthesia; emergency medical supply; and surgicial) the engine has been respiratory/anes. and the caboose has been surgicial, which should be cut-loose. there are going to forced retirements, to bring in less expensive replacements to reduce some management over-head. the healthcare plan is mediocre at best.
