Pros
Former management was not the best at professionalism but had a lot of heart, respect, and offer a lot of perks.
Cons
No opportunities for advancement and poor work-life balance. Former management promised things that never came through. New management doesn't care about employees' individual lives or problems, is only looking at bottom line, cutbacks down to the bone, no additional pay or perks for those remaining, and overseas outsourcing.
