Pros
I work with great people. Every day I get to come to work and work with the best group of people I have ever worked with. We face a lot of problems head on ... but we face them together. TSI has a rich history of building customer relationships. We have a strong customer base which has kept us going. We are truly blessed to have each customer that we have.
Cons
We face more than a few struggles. We have lost some good people. The company will only be as good as the people that work here. We as whole have been through a lot but at the end of the day that is what has made us strong.
