Upper management is clueless, out-of-touch and refuse to make changes needed. Disciplinary action is basically never taken when necessary, and there are people in management who literally lose it and scream at employees. Everyone in the company could use some Emotion Regulation therapy and Sensitivity training. Trescal pays garbage salaries to the employees who are the most valuable and essential to their success (the hardest workers who do much more than what's in their own job description while providing outstanding customer service to keep the company afloat), while overpaying the useless (the ones whose catchphrase is "thats not my job") and abusive ones who consistently neglect, rip off, and lie to the customers. Sales team is completely nonexistent and after Trescal bought the company I was part of (Precision Metrology), everything went downhill. So many accounts were lost and there was no one bringing in new business for YEARS. Extremely frustrating company to work for, will make you feel completely worthless and unimportant through their disrespect and empty promises.
