Pros
I am working with good researchers in the field. The work-life balance is fine. You almost never have to work over time. As long as you finish the things that you are supposed to, everybody is happy.
Cons
I strongly think there is no future for a researcher in this place. The budgets are very limited and the province is substantially cutting on the budgets. Even getting a temporary job is quite difficult here. If you are looking for a permanent position, you should definitely not consider this place.
