-ACCOUNTABILITY NEVER FLOWS UPWARD. It’s always the technicians fault -will be ran into the ground on jobs -equipment constantly breaks and takes forever to be repaired -extremely high turnover rate. -management will lie to make themselves look better or get themselves out of the hot seat. -good luck with a work life balance
