- zero training - micro managment all the way - full of workcoholist, snowflakers and kissass persons - they force you to do overtime but overtime is not pay ,if you do want a life outside o job result in "you do not have passion" - projects have zero structure when you receive it - a lot of stress and everyone is try dogging everything do help - arrogant and nolife is the work that can describe the people that are in managment or leadership position - no real benefits -zero communication - base on the project you might not be able to go to holiday without responding at least from the phone all the time
