Great experience as an intern.

No cons working here as an intern.

The culture is great. People are friendly. I've never seen any of the backstabbing or infighting that is sometimes common to other companies, and I haven't encountered anybody who has an ego about their code. We have lots of company events where lunch is catered, and there's a lot of opportunity to socialize with people outside your usual team. Upper management is very approachable.

Not enough vacation time, especially when you're new.
