Team is nice and understanding

Compensation is less then the market

Great working environment, great people, lovely boss, easy going and great conditions for day to day work. I enjoyed every second of it.

Salaries could be better, I'm not sure that thee is a lot of where to progress inside the complany as it is quite small and exists for a few years now.
