Beautiful women but not perfect - Anonymous employee TreeSisters Employee Review

TreeSisters is a growing global network of women supporting the emergence of embodied feminine leadership and crowd funding tropical reforestation. We are a team spanning three continents. They follow ''The Starfish and the Spider: The Unstoppable Power of Leaderless Organizations' model and have female based leadership. When working with TreeSisters everyone is involved and supported. TreeSisters, works within the cycles of the moon, planet, and women and so we we're encouraged to take off for our 'red tent' days as needed each month. I have never held a contract position (or any job position for that matter) that was a supportive, nurturing, and uplifting as TreeSisters. The position I held was a virtual work from home with flexible hours and tons of hands on learning experience.

There really were not any 'cons' with this wonderful organization.

Flexi-time, wellness days, remote working

Markets itself as an ethical, feminist organisation but treats its all-female workforce appallingly. Run by a group of self-interested, bullies who spend all their time (and donors money) trying to cover up their own incompetence. Brings the whole charity sector into disrepute. Don't work for them and don't give them money.
