      Pros

      Leadership is really willing to invest in employees who are dedicated and show potential (through training, travel to other plant locations, promotions, attendance at conferences, etc.). Not uncommon to see employees move up to increasingly advanced roles or into other departments to increase knowledge base and promotion potential. Compensation and benefits are above average. Fast-paced but supportive environment, feels like family.

      Cons

      Extended hours are expected in some departments. Very fast-paced environment.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
