A bully of a superior. Claims to want to be corporate but daily morning meetings held at coffeeshop..... near his house all the way in the east, if late still got "fine" no consideration for colleagues who stays all the way in the west or weather condition as it does not concern him as he just needs to come downstairs, which means in order to be on time, work starts way way before stated work hours as such colleagues would need to fight with the morning rush to a hdb estate's coffeshop just for a short 15 minute breakfast/chit-chat all in the name of "MEETING" . Says a lot already. Company does not have good reputation within the field/industry due to poor service and high turnover.
