Thank you for giving us feedback about your experience working with us. We believe that all of our customers and Team Members should have a WOW experience with us, and we are committed to achieving that every time. I am very concerned about your comments of your experience with our management team. It is with utmost disappointment that I reply to your feedback post on your one month stay with us . As communicated to you in detail while you were here, we take strong objection to Non Performance and your biased and unsubstantiated way of working. We deeply dismayed by your repeated attempts to malign our company name on frivolous grounds . The Leadership team at Trawex were extremely gracious in supporting our Team and serving our customers and the deplorable comments that you have put up as feedback are nothing but a complete travesty of truth and has been executed with a seemingly malicious intent. Since you have worked for an entry level post and left in one month you may not have got your joining letter. However all our employees get it on time upon completion of probation Period, if any. You don’t have any idea of a single project we have worked on , hence you cannot comment on our portfolio websites are working or not. All our customers are highly successful and does millions of transactions and millions of dollars of revenue Month on Month. Pls do not comment on something you are not aware of. Most of our employees are happy with our office Location which is situated in a beautiful serene atmosphere and completely owned by Trawex. System / Performance monitoring done by all companies not Trawex alone. We have only 5 days working with just one Saturday working in a Month and we do not have a 10 hours shift. We shall also be writing to the Glassdoor management to immediately take this discreditable post off their review site which is full of lies . Regards HR Manager
