Full "Lala" type company Co-founder had a bad history Senior management has no coordination, which resulted in a chaos False commitment to clients Salary never ever on time and in some cases hold for 4-5 months The C level management lacks operational skills and values because they had no work experience under anyone. Sometimes one them becomes very abusive and cross all limits. Nepotism is topping the chart and they have more partners than employees. No management meetings to set goals and no vision for the future.

no reasons to work here! it would be your biggest mistake to work with this Lallaaa company. no work ethics!

Anyone who has been to this organisation for an interview or planning to go for it, pls don't spoil your career by even wasting a minute to invest in this worthless company. they don't have a single penny. U wont get your salary anytime soon before 15th of the next month plus even if you are lucky enough to get it they release partial salaries. About the work if i talk about they have no product to deliver and have cheated people in the past.
