Time at TST has been and continues to be an awesome experience. You are surrounded by really smart people with a strong work ethic. The startup nature of the company always encourages you to be innovative, think outside the box, and come up with creative solutions. Its absolutely an 100% self motivating work environment. If you are willing to work hard and put in the effort there's plenty of opportunity to do some high quality/ rewarding work on a very cool and an exciting product. Team building and collaboration are greatly encouraged and the management has done a fantastic job in the last several months to promote a highly collaborative environment through monthly company lunches, meet n greets, and various guilds, all of which promote collective thinking and healthy exchange of ideas in various aspects of day to day work including technology, product innovation, work culture to name a few has yielded great dividends in all areas of the business and has contributed towards greater employee satisfaction. I thoroughly enjoy my work at TST and continue to look forward to more exciting times.
