      Pros

      Was a good job, learnt a lot.

      Cons

      Too many upper management and not enough crew to do job. Management would sit in meeting rooms most of the day - felt very unproductive.

      Pros

      Generous pay structure, including bonuses and commission. I was not with the company long enough to receive bonuses.

      Cons

      Zero training. I came into this role brand new to the industry and wasn’t given any parameters to operate within. Everything was up to me on how I operated, but with no experience in the industry I didn’t know what to do.
