Pros

Some exposure to commercial real estate.

Cons

“Toxic Positivity” – You must drink the manager’s “Kool-Aid”, possibly the company’s environment and this is just how it chooses to conduct business. If you do not drink the “Kool-Aid”, you will be ostracized. It is a façade and theatrical of “fake niceness”. You must always be “happy” even when you have to do someone’s else job, fix the mistakes one employee continuously makes, yet he receives the credit (“Teamwork”). It is useless to have a civil conversation to address the issues created by the one employee because the Treasury Manager is bias as this employee can “do no wrong”. You are treated like an “adult-child” and are not able to think for yourself. Be careful. As this organization boasts on how long the employees have been with the company and they are looking for “long-term” candidates – Only if you are assimilated and drink the “Kool-Aid”. I question on the company’s rating: “as a great place to work”. If you do not want to be treated like an “adult-child”, be a lap dog, unappreciated, or disrespected – steer clear away from this company. Your health and sanity are not worth losing for a job at this company.
